Aufgrund der Weiterentwicklung des Finanzbereichs wird eine neue Position als Controller / Controllerin 100% geschaffen. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Fachperson mit guten Französischkenntnissen, welche Verantwortung für Reporting, Auftragscontrolling und Budgetierung übernimmt und aussagekräftige Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management schafft. Die Position bietet Ihnen ein breites Aufgabengebiet und die Möglichkeit, das bestehende Berichtswesen sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verantworten das regelmässige Reporting und erstellen fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen, welche dem Management als Entscheidungsgrundlage dienen
  • Im Auftragscontrolling analysieren Sie relevante Kennzahlen und Abweichungen und sorgen für Transparenz hinsichtlich der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung
  • Den Budgetprozess betreuen Sie eigenständig und stellen eine strukturierte Planung sowie die zuverlässige Aufbereitung relevanter Finanzinformationen sicher
  • Zusätzlich entwickeln Sie das bestehende Berichtswesen weiter und bringen Ihre Erfahrung in betriebswirtschaftliche Projekte zur Prozess- und Unternehmensentwicklung ein

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über eine höhere Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling, beispielsweise auf Stufe Fachhochschule oder mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines Dienstleistungs- oder Produktionsunternehmens wird vorausgesetzt und ermöglicht Ihnen einen schnellen Einstieg in die vielseitige Funktion
  • Gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für diese Position zwingend erforderlich, ergänzt durch sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen sowie analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
