Wir erbringen Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Finanzen und Controlling, Geschäftsapplikationen, Human Resources, Informatik und Immobilien.

Was Sie hier tun

  • Das Controlling für den Bereich Rektorat und als Stellvertretung für den Bereich Services verantworten und sicherstellen
  • Die Planung, Budgetierung sowie das Reporting, die Analysen und Hochrechnungen für diese Bereiche erstellen und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln
  • Das HR\-Controlling verantworten und weiterentwickeln sowie aussagekräftige HR\-Reports in der SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) aufbauen
  • Als Sparringpartner\*in die verantwortlichen Bereiche in finanziellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen beraten und bei Projekten aktiv mitwirken
  • Bei Perioden\- und Jahresabschlüssen aktiv mitwirken sowie die Stammdatenpflege in SAP S/4HANA verantworten

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

  • Hochschulabschluss (Universität oder Fachhochschule) in Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Aus\- und Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Controllingfunktion sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA, insbesondere in den Modulen CO/PS und HR
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel sowie Erfahrung mit Analysis for Office (AfO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) und/oder Power BI; Erfahrung mit Excel\-Makros sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute mündliche sowie schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
