In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der finanziellen Steuerung des Unternehmens, unterstützen die Fachbereiche als Business Partner und tragen aktiv zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen bei.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Unterstützung eines Geschäftsbereichs durch fundierte Analysen, datenbasierte Empfehlungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Gestaltung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen zur Steuerung der finanziellen Performance
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung, Konsolidierung und Interpretation von Reports und Kennzahlen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Controlling-Team zur Ableitung relevanter Management-Entscheidungen
  • Begleitung von Projekten aus finanzieller und betriebswirtschaftlicher Perspektive sowie Optimierung und Pflege des ERP-Systems (SAP) für eine reibungslose Datenbasis

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni/FH) mit Fokus auf Controlling oder Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling
  • Fundierte Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch W/S, Englisch,- und Französischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Umsatzorientierte Denkweise und eine kommunikative, belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Kenntnisse mit SAP-System von Vorteil und fundierte Kenntnisse MS-Office (insbesonders Excel)
