Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Planungs-, Budget- und Prognoseprozesse innerhalb des Industrie-Segments
  • Analyse der finanziellen Performance und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen mit Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung eines standardisierten Reportings zur Unterstützung von Management- und Budget-Reviews
  • Bereitstellung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen durch Wirtschaftlichkeits-, Kosten- und Business-Analysen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit operativen Bereichen sowie dem Konzerncontrolling zur Sicherstellung einer integrierten Finanzsteuerung

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen und Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling und/oder Finance, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Praktischer Anwendung und Erfahrung mit SAP-Systemen und modernen BI-Tools
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zahlenaffinität
