Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Verantwortung für die Controlling-Abschlüsse sowie die Finanzkennzahlen der gesamten Divisionen Packaging und Analytics & Sorting
  • Unterstützung der Ländergesellschaften und ihrer operativen Fachabteilungen
  • Durchführung von bereichsspezifischen Analysen und Initiierung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Analyse und Review von Business Cases / Ad-hoc-Projekten sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Aktives Management der Planungsprozesse für die gesamte Division
  • Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der Geschäfts-/Controllingprozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Transferpreisrichtlinien bei weltweiten Geschäftsbeziehungen innerhalb der Gruppe
  • Ansprechpartner für regelmäßige interne und externe Audits
  • Mitwirkung an spannenden Projekten im Rahmen der Internationalisierungsstrategie

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionscontrolling im industriellen Umfeld (unbedingt erforderlich)
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten kombiniert mit analytischem Denkvermögen
  • Eigeninitiative, Engagement, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Matrixorganisationen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
