Ihre Tätigkeiten ##

  • Weiterentwicklung unseres spitalinternen Reportings (z.B. Reporting für die Geschäftsleitung)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Analyse der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten für verschiedene interne Anspruchsgruppen inkl. Kommentierung von Abweichungen (z.B. Produktivitätsrechnung, Kostenstellenauswertungen)
  • Auswertung und Interpretation von Finanz-, Leistungs- und Ertrags-Kennzahlen
  • Unterstützung bei der Kostenrechnung und der Lieferung von externen Statistiken (z.B. SpiGes, Krankenhausstatistik, SwissDRG)
  • Sicherstellung der REKOLE-Standards
  • Weiterentwicklung der Schnittstelle zwischen Leistungsmanagement und Finanzen
  • Regelmässiger Austausch mit internen Anspruchsgruppen und betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung von Führungskräften
  • Mitarbeit bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Spitalumfeld
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, HCe-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Motivierte, offene und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gegenüber verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohes vernetztes, vorausschauendes und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung, Initiative und Selbstständigkeit
