COO (m/w/d)

Ihre Rolle

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Operations, Produktion, AVOR, Industrialisierung und Technik
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Operations\-Organisation sowie der unterstellten Führungskräfte
  • Weiterentwicklung von Technologie, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung innerhalb der Produktion
  • Steigerung von Produktivität, Qualität, Lieferperformance und Profitabilität
  • Verantwortung für die Industrialisierung neuer Produkte und Kundenprojekte bis zur stabilen Serienfertigung

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe FH, HF oder Universität, mit vertieftem Verständnis in Mechatronik sowie betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungs\- und Ergebnisverantwortung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Produktion, Industrialisierung, Lean Management und Prozessoptimierung
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in Investitions\-, Transformations\- und Veränderungsprojekten
  • Unternehmerische und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit strategischem Denkvermögen
