Job Description ##

Vous intervenez comme point de contact privilégié pour les acteurs internes et externes concernant les commandes, réparations, livraisons et opérations logistiques:

  • Participer à la gestion opérationnelle de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • Contribuer à l'estimation des besoins en composants pour les nouveaux produits.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les prévisions de demande ainsi que les niveaux de stock de sécurité.
  • Assurer le suivi et la résolution des commandes en attente.
  • Analyser les stocks en fin de cycle de vie et recommander les actions adaptées en tenant compte des enjeux commerciaux, logistiques et financiers.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes afin de garantir la continuité des opérations.
  • Assurer le suivi complet des commandes clients, de la saisie jusqu'à la livraison finale.
  • Répondre aux demandes relatives aux prix, disponibilités, réparations, délais et expéditions.
  • Gérer les situations urgentes afin de garantir le respect des engagements clients.
  • Contribuer à la satisfaction client via le traitement et le suivi des retours qualité.
  • Veiller au respect des indicateurs de performance liés aux livraisons et au service.

The Successful Applicant ##

Vous correspondez au profil suivant:

  • Formation supérieure (par exemple unBachelor) dans les domaines de lasupplychain, de la logistique, du commerce ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en supply chain, idéalement dans le domaine de l'approvisionnement
  • Une expérience dans les services après-vente est appréciée.
  • Excellentes capacités analytiques, d'organisation, et de priorisation.
  • Vous êtes analytique, rigoureux, orienté service et résultats.
  • Forte sensibilité à la satisfaction client.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problématiques complexes et à prendre des initiatives.
  • Esprit d'équipe et aptitude à développer des relations de travail positives.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes ERP ; la connaissance de SAP est un avantage.
  • Maîtrise professionnelle courante du français et de l'anglais
