About Our Client ##

Notre client est une grande institution genevoise.

Job Description ##

  • Piloter opérationnellement un portefeuille de programmes et projets de formation.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les parties prenantes internes et les partenaires de formation externes.
  • Accompagner les responsables formation dans l'organisation et le déploiement des dispositifs de formation.
  • Optimiser les processus afin de garantir qualité, cohérence et efficacité des programmes.
  • Mettre en œuvre les actions de communication et de promotion liées aux formations.
  • Superviser le suivi administratif des projets : contractualisation, tarification, gestion documentaire et suivi des décisions.
  • Participer au suivi budgétaire des programmes.
  • Coordonner les aspects logistiques : réservation des salles, matériel, gestion des intervenants et planification.
  • Garantir la qualité et la conformité des données dans le respect des exigences réglementaires.
  • Contribuer aux démarches d'amélioration continue et soutenir les projets transverses de l'équipe.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Bachelor universitaire, HES ou formation équivalente.
  • Certification en gestion de projet : un atout.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions de coordination ou de gestion d'activités à forte volumétrie.
  • Expérience acquise idéalement dans les secteurs de la logistique, de l'hôtellerie, du service après-vente, de l'événementiel complexe ou de la formation.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus et méthodologies de gestion de projet.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel.
  • Connaissance de systèmes LMS, ERP ou SIRH appréciée.
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et sens des priorités.
  • Forte orientation client et aisance relationnelle.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'initiative et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement complexe.
  • Respect de la confidentialité et haut niveau d'éthique professionnelle
