Afin de compléter notre département Développement basé à Neuchâtel, nous recherchons un/une : Coordinateur de Projets Développement (CDD 12 mois) Rattaché(e) au Haute Horlogerie \& Core Watch Product Development Manager, votre mission principale est de piloter le développement des composants horlogers en étroite collaboration avec les équipes R\&D, Customer Service, Opérations et les fournisseurs. Missions Conformité réglementaire Piloter le développement de composants alternatifs répondant aux réglementations en vigueur, notamment la suppression des substances préoccupantes (PFAS, laiton sans plomb, RoHS). Projets Service Après\-Vente Gérer les projets de remplacement de composants et faire évoluer les définitions techniques associées. Master Data Créer et maintenir les articles et nomenclatures pour le Développement et les bureaux techniques Données techniques Piloter la gestion des données techniques et garantir leur fiabilité dans les systèmes. Standards de conception Définir les standards en collaboration avec les bureaux techniques habillage Support opérationnel Soutenir le bureau technique lors des pics d'activité. Profil De formation technique, vous bénéficiez d’au moins 6 mois à 1 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie. Vous maîtrisez un logiciel PLM (Product Lifecycle Management : Windchill est un plus). Vous êtes également familier avec un logiciel de conception CAO (Creo est un plus). La connaissance du domaine horloger est un avantage. De langue maternelle française, la maîtrise de l'anglais technique est un plus Vos compétences relationnelles et votre diplomatie vous permettent de créer facilement des liens et des synergies. Autonome et force de proposition, vous valorisez vos idées et êtes sensibles aux besoins et contraintes de vos clients internes. Pragmatique et concret, vous savez prendre du recul afin de bénéficier d’une vision d’ensemble et ainsi proposer des optimisations sur les solutions en place. Proactif et persévérant vous vous engagez à respecter les délais, vous inspirez naturellement le respect et la confiance.
