Description de l'emploi ##

Le service pénitentiaire du canton de Vaud a pour projet la construction de nouveaux établissements sur le site du Pôle Pénitentiaire du Nord Vaudois (PPNV). Dans le cadre de ces constructions et pour garantir le bon déroulement de nos futurs chantiers, nous recherchons un-e coordinateur-trice des chantiers.

 

À ce poste, vous êtes en lien direct avec les responsables de projet et les différents intervenants. Vous organisez le suivi quotidien des activités et planifiez les interventions en tenant compte de la synchronisation, des priorités et des imprévus. Vous participez également à l-encadrement des surveillants des chantiers. Enfin, vous êtes le répondant sécurité auprès des entreprises et des intervenants.

Responsabilités ##

  • Assurer l-encadrement opérationnel des surveillants de chantier du PPNV ;
  • Coordonner les chantiers sur le site : planification, synchronisation et contrôle des interventions ;
  • Garantir le respect des règles de sûreté, de sécurité et des concepts généraux sur les chantiers ;
  • Garantir la circulation de l-information entre tous les acteurs (réunions de chantier, comptes rendus) ;
  • Veiller à la cohérence des travaux pour minimiser l-impact sur l-exploitation du site, les usagers et les activités sensibles ;
  • Gérer des projets opérationnels en lien avec le développement du site.

Qualifications ##

  • Vous disposez d-un diplôme de technicien-ne en conduite de travaux.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d-une formation de chargé de sécurité.
  • Vous disposez d-une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la construction de 10 ans.
  • Vous disposez d-une expérience en conduite de travaux de 5 ans.
  • Connaissance de projets complexes en exploitation (aéroport, hôpital, CFF, milieu carcéral, etc.)
  • Sens des responsabilités, et des priorités.
  • Capacité à gérer le stress et sens de l-observation, d-analyse et de synthèse.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français et des outils informatiques courants. 

 

Nos conditions d-emploi exigent que vous soyez suisse·sse ou détenteur·trice d-un permis C, exempt·e d-acte de défaut de biens (un extrait de l-Office des poursuites devra être présenté en cours de processus), et votre casier judiciaire doit être vierge. Il existe un droit de consultation du casier judiciaire en application de la Loi fédérale sur le casier judiciaire par l'autorité d'engagement pour cette fonction.
