Responsabilités ###

  • Organiser et coordonner les transports, planifier et assurer le suivi des envois et les expéditions internationales de nos réalisations
  • Préparer et contrôler les documents de transport et les formalités douanières import-export
  • Veiller à l-application des Incoterms définis pour chaque expédition et au respect des procédures douanières
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les services internes, les transporteurs, les transitaires et les autorités douanières
  • Gérer les imprévus, les retards et les urgences en proposant rapidement des solutions adaptées

Profil ###

 

  • Titulaire d'un CFC Employé de Commerce ou d'un titre jugé équivalent, avec une expérience significative chez un transitaire ou dans un service import-export
  • Excellente connaissance des Incoterms et des procédures douanières import-export
  • Autonome, rigoureux et doté d-un solide sens des responsabilités, vous êtes résolument orienté service
  • Flexible et adaptable, vous savez gérer efficacement le stress, les priorités et des problématiques variées
  • Doté d-un fort esprit d-équipe, vous faites preuve de diplomatie et d-aisance relationnelle avec l-ensemble de vos interlocuteurs
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l-anglais ; l-italien constitue un atout
