About Our Client ##

Notre client (basée à Genève), acteur spécialisé dans le trading international de produits industriels, recherche un Coordinateur Logistique Junior pour renforcer son équipe.

Job Description ##

Véritable point de coordination entre les équipes commerciales, le bureau de sourcing basé en Asie, les clients européens et les partenaires logistiques, vous assurez le suivi complet des commandes, de leur création jusqu'à leur livraison finale. Vous intervenez sur un périmètre varié combinant gestion opérationnelle, suivi logistique, documentation internationale et relation client.Vos principales missionsGestion des commandes

  • Réception et traitement des commandes clients (PDF / EDI)
  • Vérification et validation des données dans l'ERP
  • Émission et transmission des commandes d'achat vers les équipes de sourcing en Chine
  • Suivi des proformas et gestion des éventuelles incohérences avec les clients

Suivi logistique

  • Suivi des flux de transport internationaux (booking, embarquement, livraison)
  • Analyse des écarts et retards via les reportings transitaires
  • Communication proactive avec les équipes internes et partenaires externes
  • Mise à jour des systèmes EDI clients et transitaires

Gestion documentaire et financière

  • Préparation et suivi des lettres de crédit (LC)
  • Traitement des documents bancaires (remise documentaire, LC)
  • Réception et diffusion des documents liés aux opérations
  • Participation à la facturation selon les incoterms définis

Gestion des litiges

  • Suivi des litiges clients et fournisseurs jusqu'à résolution
  • Coordination avec les équipes qualité, transport et sourcing
  • Mise en œuvre des actions correctives sur les flux physiques et administratifs

The Successful Applicant ##

Profile recherché

  • Formation supérieure type Bac+2 à Bac+5 en Commerce International, Logistique, Supply Chain, Ingénierie ou Business.
  • Une première expérience (stage, alternance ou 1-2 ans) dans un environnement international, transport ou logistique est un atout.
  • Bonne compréhension des bases du commerce international (incoterms, douane).
  • Français et d'anglais indispensable (negotiation), espagnol ou allemand un plus.
