Profil

  • CFC d'employé de commerce ou formation dans les domaines du sanitaire, du chauffage, de la ventilation, de l'électricité ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire ; une expérience dans le secteur de la construction constitue un atout.
  • Excellent sens du contact, entregent et aisance relationnelle.
  • Proactivité, réactivité et capacité à s'adapter rapidement.
  • Autonomie, tout en appréciant le travail en équipe.
  • Intérêt marqué pour la technique.
  • Très bonne organisation, rigueur et précision dans le suivi des tâches.
  • Connaissance de SAP et d'Office Manager, un atout.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et forte orientation client.

Responsabilités

  • Organiser, coordonner et planifier les dépannages ainsi que les demandes de mise en service des techniciens.
  • Gérer la relation avec la clientèle, traiter les éventuelles situations conflictuelles et analyser les besoins afin d'apporter des solutions adaptées et optimales.
  • Établir des offres d'entretien préventif et de dépannage, en coordination avec les techniciens, et assurer le suivi technique, les commandes de matériel, la gestion des heures ainsi que la facturation.
  • Organiser et assurer le suivi des dépannages, de la maintenance et de divers travaux avec nos entreprises partenaires ou fournisseurs.
  • Organiser et suivre les demandes d'intervention sous garantie.
  • Établir les devis et assurer le suivi de petits travaux de transformation.
  • Réaliser les propositions de contrats d'entretien et en assurer le suivi durant l'année.
