About Our Client ##

Notre client est une PME suisse spécialisée dans le conditionnement à façon de produits cosmétiques et pharmaceutiques pour une clientèle internationale. Localisation: Lausanne - Vevey.

Job Description ##

Achats

  • Gérer les commandes d'achats auprès d'un portefeuille d'environ 10-15 fournisseurs, principalement suisses, ainsi qu'en Italie, Pologne et autres pays européens.
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes, des délais et des disponibilités avec les fournisseurs.
  • Coordonner les besoins d'approvisionnement avec les différents interlocuteurs internes.
  • Garantir la disponibilité des composants et produits nécessaires à l'activité.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et documentaire des achats.
  • Collaborer avec des fournisseurs déjà référencés et sélectionnés par l'entreprise.

Administration des ventes / Customer Service

  • Prendre en charge le traitement et le suivi des commandes clients.
  • Assurer le rôle d'interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) pour les clients sur les aspects administratifs et opérationnels.
  • Suivre les commandes de leur réception jusqu'à leur livraison, en coordination avec les équipes internes.
  • Assurer le suivi des délais et communiquer proactivement avec les clients en cas d'évolution ou delay.
  • Gérer les demandes clients et assurer un excellent niveau de service.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production et de logistique afin de garantir le bon déroulement des commandes.
  • Travailler au quotidien avec une clientèle internationale.

The Successful Applicant ##

Profil recherché

  • Formation commerciale, achats, gestion ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement achats, administration des ventes, customer service ou supply chain.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans les secteurs cosmétique, pharmaceutique ou FMCG, constitue un avantage.
  • Très bonne capacité d'organisation et de suivi, avec un goût prononcé pour les environnements polyvalents et opérationnels.
  • Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et expérience avec un ERP. La connaissance de SAGE constitue un avantage.
  • Très bonnes capacités de communication et orientation client.
  • Français courant et bon niveau d'anglais. L'allemand constitue un plus.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens des priorités et esprit d'équipe.
