About Our Client ##

Notre client est un acteur important dans le domaine de la santé, situé en Suisse romande.

Job Description ##

  • Assurer la coordination administrative et opérationnelle d'un volume important de recrutements.
  • Gérer le suivi des candidatures via l'ATS et garantir une expérience candidat de qualité.
  • Réaliser le premier screening téléphonique ou visio des candidats afin d'évaluer l'adéquation de leur profil avec les besoins.
  • Organiser les entretiens avec les managers et les recruteurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des candidatures et la communication avec les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Veiller au respect des délais et à la fluidité du processus de recrutement.
  • Participer au reporting et au suivi des indicateurs de recrutement.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Certificat RH ou équivalent.
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en coordination de recrutement, recrutement ou talent acquisition.
  • Expérience précédente dans la gestion d'un volume important de recrutements simultanés.
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de priorisation et de coordination.
  • Aisance relationnelle et bonne capacité d'évaluation lors des premiers entretiens de présélection.
  • Maîtrise des outils de recrutement et des systèmes de suivi des candidatures (ATS).
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de la santé ou des sciences de la vie constitue un atout apprécié.
  • Disponible pour une prise de poste au 1er octobre.
