Coordinateur/trice des services intervention et patrouille

EGS Sécurité SA, actif en Suisse romande, met au concours le poste suivant :

Coordinateur/trice des services intervention et patrouille

Vos tâches principales :

  • Coordonner et superviser les activités d-intervention et de patrouille sur les différents secteurs ;
  • Organiser les plannings et la couverture des missions, en assurant la continuité du service ;
  • Garantir le suivi opérationnel et la qualité des prestations, de jour comme de nuit ;
  • Accompagner les équipes au quotidien et assurer leur encadrement et leur formation opérationnelle ;
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes et réclamations clients et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires ;
  • Participer activement aux opérations sur le terrain.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience en tant qu-agent(e) de sécurité ;
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et gestion des priorités ;
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français (écrit et oral) ;
  • A l-aise avec les outils bureautiques (MS Office) ;
  • Sens aigu des responsabilités, rigueur et fiabilité ;
  • Résistance au stress et calme en toutes circonstances ;
  • Goût du travail en équipe et respect de la hiérarchie ;
  • Esprit d-apprentissage et d-amélioration continue ;
  • Disponible 24/24 et 7/7.

Conditions de travail :

  • Contrat de travail à durée indéterminée
  • Taux d'activité à 100%
  • Conditions d-engagement selon la Convention collective de travail (CCT) de la branche de la sécurité privée
  • Place de parc à disposition
