* Planifier, diriger et assurer les processus de l'établissement des dispositions (ordres, instructions, règlements) et des documents d'aide (notices, brochures et affiches) ainsi que la refonte et la modification des insignes au commandement des Opérations * Entretenir en continu la communication et la coordination entre les clients, les fournisseurs et les exploitations * Conseiller et soutenir les personnes chargées de l'élaboration des dispositions et des documents d'aide * Assurer leur formation et leur perfectionnement techniques et thématiques en tenant compte des liens entre les dispositions et les directives et instructions supérieures * Rédiger, coordonner et consolider des contributions à la donnée d'ordres à l'échelon opératif et/ou aux rapports, dispositions et accords

* Formation commerciale complétée par un perfectionnement dans le domaine technique * Perfectionnement et expérience dans la gestion de projet (IPMA niveau D) de projets complexes et dans le domaine du controlling * Connaissances approfondies souhaitées des processus et des directives légales de l'administration fédérale et de l'armée * Excellentes connaissances informatiques et connaissances solides des processus administratifs * Connaissances actives d'au moins deux langues officielles

En tant que spécialiste technique, vous assurez aussi bien les processus des dispositions (ordres, instructions, règlements) et des documents d'aide (notices, affiches, formulaires) que le soutien actif aux personnes qui les rédigent.

Le commandement des Opérations (cdmt Op) est responsable de toutes les opérations et de tous les engagements militaires de l'Armée suisse. Le cdmt Op comprend notamment les Forces aériennes, les Forces terrestres, les quatre divisions territoriales, le Centre de compétences SWISSINT, le commandement des Forces spéciales ainsi que la Police militaire. Environ 40 % des quelque 2500 collaborateurs/trices sont employés dans le civil, des ingénieur/e/s aux analystes en passant par les mécanicien/ne/s sur aéronefs.

L'Armée suisse emploie plus de 9000 collaborateurs/trices dans quatre professions militaires et environ 200 professions civiles, et ce, sur 110 sites dans toute la Suisse. Elle assure également la relève en formant des apprenti/e/s dans plus de 30 métiers.
