Vos tâches

  • Vous êtes la personne de référence en Suisse romande pour les besoins liés à l'ERP, aux outils et aux systèmes
  • Vous échangez avec les équipes opérationnelles et les Key Users pour comprendre leurs besoins et de les traduire en solutions concrètes
  • Vous analysez et priorisez les demandes selon leur valeur ajoutée et leur importance pour les opérations
  • Vous contribuez à l'amélioration et à l'harmonisation des processus entre nos sociétés
  • Vous coordonnez les besoins avec les équipes centrales et participez à l'évolution de nos outils et systèmes ERP
  • Vous accompagnez les projets de digitalisation, de l'analyse et les tests au déploiement et au support après le go-live
  • Vous formez et accompagnez les utilisateurs dans l'adoption des nouveaux outils et processus
  • Vous contribuez ponctuellement à des projets transversaux de la direction générale, notamment en digitalisation, stratégie et la finance

Votre profil

  • Vous avez une formation initiale dans un métier de la technique du bâtiment et en comprenez les réalités opérationnelles.
  • Vous avez une expérience avec un ERP et vous intéressez autant aux processus métier qu'aux outils qui les soutiennent.
  • Vous savez analyser un besoin, prendre de la hauteur et le traduire en une solution pragmatique.
  • Vous appréciez être au contact des utilisateurs et avez une forte orientation service.
  • Vous communiquez avec aisance avec des interlocuteurs très différents et aimez créer des ponts entre métiers et spécialistes.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise aussi bien dans la réflexion que dans l'accompagnement opérationnel.
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand, ou inversement.
