Aufgrund einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir für unser aufgestelltes Customer Service Team eine/n

Coordinator Customer Service (100 %)

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sind Sie der “first point of contact”. Sie sind zuständig für die Auftragsbearbeitung, Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen und Sicherstellung von „on time“ Lieferungen und stehen im täglichen Kontakt mit Grosskunden, Sales, Spediteuren und unseren Produktionswerken. Für diese Position suchen wir eine kundenorientierte, koordinationsstarkePersönlichkeit, die Kunden als Partner sieht und die Vision von “Customer Service Excellence“ verfolgt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Weltweite Kundenbetreuung Innendienst in enger \& proaktiver Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Abteilungen in mehreren Sprachen ( in Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch)
  • Spediteurenhandling
  • Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen mittels SAP (Modul SD) inkl. sämtlicher auftragsbezogener Folgeprozesse
  • Stammdateneröffnung\- \& Überprüfung mittels etabliertem Prozess
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen
  • Stellvertretungsfunktion für Kollegen/\-innen, auch im Extrakostenbereich

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen in vergleichbarer Position in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Exportkenntnisse von grossem Vorteil
  • Stilsichere Deutsch\- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Gute allgemeine EDV–Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit SAP R/3 oder ähnlichen ERP\-Systemen
  • Proaktive, flexible, selbständige und humorvolle Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe, hohe Teamfähigkeit und positivem Mindset
  • Organisationstalent
  • Keine Chemiekenntnisse nötig
