Für unseren Standort in Thayngen suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die das operativen Tagesgeschäft mit Geschick anleitet und als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Depot, Technik, Einkauf und Administration agiert.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen:

In dieser Position bist du nicht einfach Teamleiter oder Koordinator – du bist die rechte Hand des Country Directors und sorgst mit dafür, dass der Betrieb im Alltag sauber läuft.

Du koordinierst das operative Tagesgeschäft, unterstützt bei organisatorischen Themen und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig laufen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Depot\-Team, internen Schnittstellen und internationalen Kollegen zusammen.

Das bringst du mit:

Für unser weiteres Wachstum bringst du einen Erfahrungsschatz mit, den du strategisch ausspielen kannst.

  • Technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung
  • Idealerweise ergänzt durch eine technische Weiterbildung (HF, Fachausweis oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung in einer koordinativen Funktion mit Mitarbeiterführung
  • Erfahrung im arbeiten und führen nach KPI´s inkl. Reporting
  • Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit Veränderungsprozessen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP\-Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Hands\-on Mentalität und Freude an einem vielseitigen Alltag
