Le Service des parcs et domaines (SPADOM) est un acteur majeur de la mise en oeuvre des enjeux stratégiques de la politique climatique de la capitale vaudoise. Il intervient, en tant que leader ou partenaire privilégié, sur nombre de projets d'aménagement et de développement des infrastructures majeures de la ville. Il a également pour mission d'entretenir et de développer les espaces publics paysagers communaux de qualité. Afin de compléter l'équipe dynamique du Bureau Espaces publics et paysages (BEPP), nous recherchons une coordinatrice ou un coordinateur pour les grands projets, notamment les développements des écoquartiers lausannois. Mission(s) principale(s) ###

Conduire et coordonner les aspects techniques et de planning spatio temporels des projets d'aménagements des espaces publics en lien avec les orientations stratégiques de la Municipalité, en particulier la réalisation des nouveaux éco quartiers et l'intégration des projets réseaux aux projet des espaces publics.

Diriger et coordonner en qualité de chef-fe de projet, les opérations de constructions d'espaces publics ainsi que les mandataires externes

Participer à l'analyse des besoins de communication liée à la phase d'exécution du projet en collaboration avec les parties prenantes

Assurer la qualité du paysage, de la biodiversité et des espaces publics dans le cadre de projets en phase de planification, tout en veillant à l'application des dispositions légales

Participer à des groupes d'étude pluridisciplinaires et représenter le service dans différents groupes de pilotage interservices

Profil ###

Master en ingénierie civile, architecture ou architecture paysagère ou formation jugée équivalente

Formations complémentaires en aménagement d'espaces publics et en gestion de projet

Minimum 8 années d'expérience professionnelle en conception et pilotage de projets d'aménagements d'espaces publics en milieu urbain

Expérience et expertise en suivi de chantier

Maîtrise des lois, normes et règlements professionnels

Connaissances des aménagements urbains et des politiques municipales en la matière
