DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Zuständig als verantwortliche Fachperson für die Beratung und Unterstützung von Engineering, Projektleitung und Beschaffung während der gesamten Projektphase
  • Erstellung von Produktkostenkalkulationen (Soll-, Ist- und Zielkosten) sowie Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationsmodellen und Cost-Breakdowns für Schienenfahrzeugkomponenten
  • Abschätzung der Kostenwirkung durch Designänderungen (Design-to-Cost) und Beratung der Entwicklung, um kostenoptimale Lösungen zu finden (Design-to-Value)
  • Erstellung von Business Cases, Make-or-Buy-Analysen und Durchführung von Szenarioanalysen
  • Bereichs- und standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, strategischem Einkauf und externen Lieferanten
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungspotenzialen mittels Wertanalyse (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) und Design-to-Cost-Workshops

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Konstruktion, Entwicklung, Industrial Engineering, Cost Engineering oder technischem Einkauf
  • Erfahrung in Design-to-Cost, Value Engineering und Kostenoptimierung technischer Produkte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Fertigungsverfahren, Herstellkostenstrukturen und industriellen Produktionsprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-, ERP- und Kalkulationssystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
