Rejoignez une structure dynamique où vous vous consacrez à la vente plutôt qu'à la prospection.Dans le cadre de son développement en Suisse romande, notre client, une petite entreprise basée à Genève recherche un(e) Courtier(ère) en Immobilier expérimenté(e).

Job Description ##

Votre missionVous prenez en charge un portefeuille de biens déjà constitué et bénéficiez d'un flux régulier de nouveaux mandats. Contrairement à de nombreux postes sur le marché, la prospection représente une part limitée de votre activité. Votre priorité est d'accompagner les vendeurs et acquéreurs jusqu'à la conclusion des transactions. Les biens sont répartis sur l'ensemble de la Suisse romande. Ce que notre Client offre :

  • Un portefeuille de mandats existants dès votre arrivée.
  • Une activité fortement orientée vers la commercialisation et la négociation.
  • Très peu de prospection terrain.
  • Une grande autonomie dans l'organisation de votre travail.
  • Possibilité de travailler depuis votre domicile.
  • Présence ponctuelle au siège de l'entreprise à Genève.
  • Un secteur géographique couvrant toute la Suisse romande.
  • Une structure agile favorisant la confiance, la responsabilisation et la performance.

The Successful Applicant ##

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 2 années d'expérience réussie en tant que courtier(ère) immobilier(ère) en Suisse.
  • Excellente connaissance du marché immobilier suisse.
  • Capacité à gérer un portefeuille de biens en toute autonomie.
  • Sens du service client et excellentes compétences relationnelles.
  • Aisance dans la négociation et le suivi des transactions.
  • Permis de conduire et mobilité sur la Suisse romande.

  • Autonome et organisé(e).
  • Entrepreneur(se) dans votre approche.
  • Orienté(e) résultats et satisfaction client.
  • Capable de gérer votre activité avec un minimum de supervision.
