Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités à Bienne

Votre mission

  • Prospecter, rechercher et négocier des mandats de ventes régionaux
  • Estimer des biens immobiliers
  • Identifier les besoins et attentes des clients
  • Gérer et accompagner les clients lors des visites
  • Finaliser les ventes jusqu'à la signature chez le notaire

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée dans le secteur immobilier
  • Connaissance du marché immobilier régional
  • Très bon réseau de contacts
  • Dynamique, motivé, tenace et engagé
  • Excellent négociateur, vous êtes créatif dans la recherche de solution pour les clients
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et du suisse\-allemand
