Pour l'un de nos clients, une société immobilière reconnue, nous recherchons un courtier expérimenté pour renforcer son équipe et contribuer au développement de ses activités de vente.

Courtier en immobilier (H/F) 100 %

VOS RESPONSABILITES

  • Prospecter le marché et développer un portefeuille de mandats de vente.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et entretenir votre réseau de contacts.
  • Analyser le marché afin de conseiller les propriétaires sur le positionnement de leur bien.
  • Accompagner les vendeurs et les acquéreurs tout au long de leur projet immobilier.
  • Assurer les négociations et suivre les transactions jusqu'à leur conclusion.
  • Fidéliser votre clientèle grâce à un suivi personnalisé et rigoureux.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans le courtage immobilier, idéalement dans la région lausannoise.
  • Vous connaissez le marché local et disposez d'un réseau professionnel actif.
  • Vous associez esprit entrepreneurial, dynamisme commercial et sens du service.
  • Vous savez instaurer une relation de confiance et mener des négociations.
  • Autonome et organisé-e, vous assurez un suivi attentif de vos mandats.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et disposez d'un permis de conduire ainsi que d'un véhicule personnel.
