Missions ###

  • Développer et gérer un portefeuille de biens immobiliers à la vente
  • Prospecter activement de nouveaux mandats sur Lausanne et ses environs
  • Accompagner les vendeurs et acquéreurs tout au long du processus de transaction
  • Réaliser les estimations de biens et conseiller les clients sur leur stratégie de vente
  • Organiser et effectuer les visites, puis assurer le suivi des prospects
  • Négocier les conditions de vente et mener les transactions jusqu'à leur conclusion
  • Développer et entretenir un réseau de partenaires et de prescripteurs dans la région

Profil ###

  • Expérience en tant que courtier(ère) en immobilier, avec une solide connaissance du marché vaudois
  • Excellente maîtrise du tissu économique et immobilier local, notamment sur Lausanne et ses environs
  • Réseau professionnel développé permettant de générer des opportunités d'affaires et d'entretenir un portefeuille actif
  • Aisance relationnelle, sens de la négociation et orientation résultats
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en offrant un accompagnement de qualité à une clientèle exigeante
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, dynamisme et goût prononcé pour le développement commercial
  • Bonne connaissance des pratiques, réglementations et acteurs du marché immobilier de la région
