En tant que Courtier(e) Résidentiel, vous intégrerez une équipe pluridisciplinaire à taille humaine, offrant un environnement collaboratif et orienté résultat.

Job Description ##

En tant que Courtier(e) Résidentiel Expérimenté(e) H/F, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Développer et entretenir un réseau de contacts dans le secteur de l'immobilier (Canton de Genève principalement);
  • Accompagner les clients dans toutes les étapes de la vente ou de l'achat de biens immobiliers résidentiels (appartements et villas) ;
  • Évaluer les biens immobiliers et conseiller les clients sur leur valeur sur le marché ;
  • Préparer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente adaptées aux besoins des clients ;
  • Organiser et mener des visites de biens immobiliers ;
  • Négocier les conditions de vente ou d'achat avec les parties concernées ;
  • Veiller à respecter les réglementations locales en matière de transactions immobilières.

The Successful Applicant ##

En tant que Courtier(e) Résidentiel Expérimenté(e) H/F, vous avez le profil suivant :

  • Diplôme en immobilier un ATOUT
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience préalable dans le secteur du courtage résidentiel à Genève OBLIGATOIRE ;
  • Bonne connaissance du marché immobilier genevois ;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation ;
  • Bonne maîtrise du français, anglais courant requis
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et orientée vers les résultats.
