- Votre mission :

En tant que courtier(ère) en immobilier, vous serez l-intermédiaire clé entre vendeurs et acheteurs.

Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Prospection et acquisition de mandats : identifier des opportunités de vente et accompagner les propriétaires dans l-évaluation de leur bien.
  • Conseil et accompagnement : guider les acheteurs tout au long du processus d-acquisition.
  • Négociation et finalisation des transactions : mener les discussions avec les propriétaires et assurer le bon déroulement de la vente.

- Profil recherché :

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et aisance relationnelle.
  • Forte autonomie et esprit entrepreneurial.
  • Dans l-idéal, expérience dans la vente (immobilier, assurance, banque ou expérience équivalente).
  • Forte motivation à réussir dans l-immobilier.
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule personnel.
  • Âge minimum souhaité : 28 ans (exceptions possibles)
