Dans le cadre de notre croissance, Wealth Broker Management SA recherche un(e) courtier(ère) immobiliersouhaitant évoluer dans un environnement entrepreneurial, dynamique et résolument orienté résultats.

Votre mission ###

Vous développez activement votre portefeuille de biens et de clients, tout en bénéficiant, en complément, d-opportunités commerciales et de prospects vendeurs transmis par la société.

Votre activité comprend notamment :

  • Développer activement votre réseau et prospecter de nouveaux propriétaires
  • Rechercher et obtenir de nouveaux mandats de vente
  • Prendre en charge les prospects et opportunités commerciales transmis par la société
  • Réaliser les rendez-vous avec les propriétaires et les estimations immobilières
  • Conseiller les vendeurs sur le positionnement et la stratégie de commercialisation de leur bien
  • Assurer la mise en vente et le suivi des biens confiés
  • Organiser et réaliser les visites avec les acquéreurs potentiels
  • Assurer les négociations entre vendeurs et acquéreurs
  • Accompagner les différentes parties jusqu-à la finalisation de la transaction
  • Développer une relation de confiance durable avec les clients
  • Participer activement au développement commercial de la société

Le profil que nous recherchons ###

  • Expérience dans le courtage immobilier, la vente ou le développement commercial
  • Excellente connaissance du marché immobilier suisse romand
  • Véritable tempérament commercial et goût de la prospection
  • Réseau personnel et professionnel existant et capacité à le développer
  • Excellent relationnel et capacité à créer rapidement une relation de confiance
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l-organisation
  • Esprit entrepreneurial
  • Goût du challenge et culture du résultat
  • Permis de conduire et mobilité en Suisse romande
