Das erwartet dich

  • Eigenständige Beratung und Betreuung spannender Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Marketing-, Kommunikations- und Eventprojekten
  • Entwicklung und Begleitung von Kampagnen - online und offline
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Aktivitäten und Content-Strategien
  • Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Projektverantwortung
  • Organisation und Betreuung von Events vor Ort
  • Erstellung von Offerten sowie Koordination von Produktionen und Lieferanten
  • Mitarbeit bei kreativen Strategien, Konzepten und Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung und Führung unserer Assistenz im Tagesgeschäft

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung auf Agentur- oder Unternehmensseite im Marketing- oder Kommunikationsumfeld
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an der Projektführung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Organisationstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 sowie digitalen Tools
  • Interesse an Marketing, Kommunikation, Events und neuen Technologien
