Crew Member (m/w) 80% - 100 % befristet ab 01.12.2026 (Dienstort: St. Moritz oder Brig)

Aufgaben - Herzliche und professionelle Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste an Bord - Kompetente Beratung unserer Gäste sowie aktive Empfehlung unseres Speise- und Getränkeangebots - Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs inklusive Zusatzverkäufen - Zubereitung und Service von Getränken nach unseren Qualitätsstandards - Vorbereitung und Sicherstellung des täglichen Mise en Place - Durchführung eines erstklassigen Speise- und Getränkeservices - Aktive Unterstützung des Oberkellners in sämtlichen Servicebereichen - Durchführung allgemeiner Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten zur Gewährleistung eines gepflegten Arbeitsumfelds - Konsequente Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards

Anforderungen - Leidenschaftliche Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Service- und Gästeorientierung - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie, im Catering oder Tourismus - Verkaufsflair sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick - Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil - Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen - Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude daran, Gäste zu begeistern - Rasche Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientierte Denkweise - Sicheres, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten - Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen auswärtigen Übernachtungen im Rahmen der Einsätze
