Beschreibung der Aufgaben

  • Konzeption, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbindungsmassnahmen sowie Community Management auf der eigenen Community\-Plattform
  • Steuerung der technischen und funktionalen Weiterentwicklung der Community\-Plattform in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, externen Agenturen und Super Usern
  • Einführung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbindungsmassnahmen für registrierte Endkonsumenten (Produktregistrierung)
  • Analyse und Optimierungen im Bereich Reviews und NPS sowie Erstellung regelmässiger Reportings inkl. Ableitung konkreter Massnahmen
  • Monitoring und regelmässiger Austausch mit externen Communities
  • Durchführung von Kundendatenanalysen und regelmässiger Reportings
  • Unterstützung der globalen Märkte bei CRM\-Themen, insbesondere im Bereich Community Management

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens 4–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, davon mindestens 2 Jahre im Bereich CRM
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Kundenbindung und Kundenentwicklung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM\-Systemen ( Salesforce Sales Cloud) und/oder Community Platformen ( Flarum)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein breites und fundiertes Verständnis von CRM\-Themen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations\- und Zusammenarbeitskompetenz sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Erfahrung mit Social Media und digitalen Marketingkanälen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in agilen Umsetzungsprojekten von grossem Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz gängiger KI\-Tools, insbesondere zur Unterstützung von Analysen, Content\-Erstellung und Prozessoptimierung
