Votre domaine de responsabilité

  • Vous préparez avec passion et un grand sens de la qualité des plats savoureux, y compris le mise en place
  • Dans la planification et le développement de nouveaux plats tendance, vous apportez activement vos idées créatives pour enthousiasmer nos clients encore et encore
  • Vous participez à la présentation des marchandises et à la planification des offres, assumez une co-responsabilité pour les commandes et effectuez l'inventaire des marchandises, le contrôle des marchandises entrantes ainsi que la vérification des bons de livraison
  • Vous vous soutenez également mutuellement lors des travaux généraux de rangement et de nettoyage - chez nous, le travail d'équipe est une évidence
  • Horaires de travail : du lundi au vendredi, tous les 2 mois des services en soirée et le week-end

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une formation professionnelle achevée en tant que cuisinier CFC
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé dans la gastronomie haut de gamme et savez réussir l'équilibre entre le service de cantine, les déjeuners debout et les banquets VIP exclusifs
  • Votre passion pour la cuisine, combinée à une exigence élevée de qualité, fait de vous un membre important de notre équipe
  • Vous êtes une personnalité orientée vers le travail d'équipe avec une grande compétence sociale, qui cherche activement des solutions, assume des responsabilités et garde une vue d'ensemble même dans les moments de stress
  • Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances en allemand et en anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances en français
  • Une réputation irréprochable est requise
