Nous recherchons un/une Cuisinier(ère)/Chef de partie passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de cuisine.

Vous participerez à la préparation et à la réalisation des différents plats, en veillant au respect des recettes, des standards de qualité et des règles d-hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire. Vous contribuerez également au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine et à la satisfaction de notre clientèle.

Responsabilités

En tant que Cuisinier(ère)* *vos principales missions seront :

* Réaliser les plats du jour ;

  • Participer à l-élaboration des menus en collaboration avec le Chef ;
  • Veiller au strict respect des normes d-hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire ;
  • Gérer un service en toute autonomie, pour une capacité de 2 × 16 couverts ;
  • Assurer la préparation et les envois lors des services de banquets ;
  • Garantir la qualité, la présentation et la régularité des plats servis.

Votre profil ##

  • Diplôme en restauration ou en hôtellerie (CFC, CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS ou équivalent) ;
  • Minimum 4 ans d-expérience dans un poste similaire ;
  • Maîtrise des techniques de cuisine actuelles ;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer un service ;
  • Bonne capacité d-adaptation et réactivité ;
  • Une expérience en pâtisserie constitue un atout ;
  • Français courant ;
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité : travail en soirée, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
  • Bonne connaissance et respect des normes HACCP.

Conditions d-engagement :

Un casier judiciaire et extrait de l-office des poursuites/attestation banque de France (frontalier) vierges.

Entrée en fonction : fin octobre- début novembre 2026
