The posting

Notre cuisine fonctionne sur un mode collaboratif, avec des responsabilités réparties entre les professionnels de l’équipe. Vous contribuerez à son organisation tout en participant à la formation de jeunes nécessitant un accompagnement adapté.

Missions:

Production et organisation

Préparer et produire des repas équilibrés, de qualité et soignés. Participer à l’organisation quotidienne de la production. Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène et HACCP. Veiller au bon fonctionnement et à l’entretien des installations et équipements. Participer à l’organisation et à la réalisation de banquets et manifestations. Responsabilités particulières

En collaboration avec l’équipe, vous prenez en charge certaines responsabilités, notamment :

  • La planification des menus.
  • La gestion des commandes et des stocks.
  • L’élaboration des offres et l’organisation des banquets.
  • La coordination de certaines activités de production.
  • Différentes tâches organisationnelles définies au sein de l’équipe.

Formation et accompagnement

  • Transmettre votre savoir-faire aux jeunes en formation selon les consignes du maître socioprofessionnel.
  • Adapter vos explications aux capacités et aux besoins de chacun.
  • Partager vos observations avec le maître socioprofessionnel.

Profil et compétences:

  • CFC de cuisinier·ère ou titre jugé équivalent exigé.
  • Plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle en cuisine.
  • Une expérience dans l’encadrement d’apprentis ou la formation professionnelle constitue un atout.
  • Très bonnes compétences techniques et maîtrise des normes HACCP.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à assumer des responsabilités.
  • Sens de l’organisation, anticipation et gestion des priorités.
  • Goût pour le travail collaboratif et le partage des responsabilités.
  • Intérêt pour la transmission du métier et l’accompagnement de jeunes en difficulté.
  • Permis de conduire.
