Mon Repos accueille des patients pour des courts et longs séjours ainsi qu'en foyer de jour. L'établissement a une capacité de 120 lits et compte quelque 180 collaboratrices et collaborateurs. Pour notre service de cuisine, nous recherchons de suite une personne dynamique et motivée en qualité de :

CUISINIER(ÈRE) 100%

Vos tâches principales : Vous préparez et produisez les repas pour les résidentes et les résidents ainsi que pour les clients internes et externes du restaurant. Vous veillez à leur qualité gustative, à leur présentation et à leur distribution. Vous gérez les commandes de fruits et légumes et de produit laitiers. Vous assurez le rangement et l'hygiène de la cuisine, des économats et des congélateurs. Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement de la cuisine en l'absence du chef.

Votre profil :

  • Titulaire d’un CFC de cuisinière ou cuisinier
  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans le domaine de la restauration gastronomique.
  • Des connaissances en pâtisserie constituent un atout
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base (Excel et Word)
  • Bonne maîtrise du français à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Esprit d'équipe, autonomie, fiabilité, sens du contact, diplomatie et discrétion
  • Aisance relationnelle avec les personnes du grand âge
