Située dans un cadre enchanteur au cœur des Alpes suisses, La Buvette du Lavioz est un lieu convivial et chaleureux où authenticité et qualité sont au rendez-vous. Nous recherchons un(e) cuisinier(ère) passionné(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et contribuer à offrir une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle à nos clients.

 

Responsabilités ###

 

  • Préparer et cuisiner des plats selon les recettes et standards de l'établissement.
  • Assurer la qualité et la présentation des plats servis.
  • Gérer les stocks et veiller à la bonne conservation des aliments.
  • Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire en vigueur.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour garantir un service fluide et efficace.

 

Qualifications ###

 

  • Expérience préalable en cuisine, idéalement dans un environnement similaire.
  • Connaissance des techniques culinaires et des normes d'hygiène.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Esprit d'équipe et attitude positive.
  • Flexibilité pour travailler les soirs, week-ends et jours fériés.
