Afin de répondre aux besoins réguliers de nos partenaires dans le Canton de Fribourg, nous sommes continuellement à la recherche de Cuisiniers et Cuisinières qualifié·e·s en restauration de collectivité.

Nous recherchons des professionnel·le·s passionné·e·s, autonomes et organisé·e·s, capables de travailler efficacement dans des environnements exigeants tout en garantissant la qualité des préparations, le respect des standards d-hygiène et un excellent esprit d-équipe.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Préparer et cuisiner les repas pour les employés de l'entreprise
  • Aider à l'élaboration des menus
  • Assurer la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits utilisés
  • Maintenir les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire en tout temps
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour assurer un service fluide et efficace

Wir erwarten ##

  • Expérience préalable en tant que chef/fe de partie dans un environnement de restauration (restaurant, hôtel, traiteur, etc.)
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives
  • Connaissance des différentes techniques de cuisson et des méthodes de préparation
  • Sens de l'organisation et aptitude à gérer les priorités
  • Connaissance des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
  • Bonne condition physique et capacité à travailler dans un environnement parfois intense
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe
