Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons pour plusieurs établissements de santé du canton de Fribourg un(e) Cuisinier(ère) en milieu médicalisé (H/D/F).

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Préparer et dresser des repas adaptés aux différents régimes alimentaires.
  • Respecter les prescriptions diététiques et les fiches techniques.
  • Garantir une qualité constante des préparations culinaires.
  • Appliquer rigoureusement les normes d'hygiène HACCP.
  • Participer à la réception et au contrôle des marchandises.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de cuisine, de soins et les diététicien(ne)s.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures et des standards de qualité de l'établissement.

Wir erwarten ##

  • CFC de cuisinier(ère), idéalement complété par un CFC de cuisinier(ère) en diététique, ou solide expérience en cuisine médicalisée (hôpital, clinique, EMS ou institution spécialisée).
  • Excellente connaissance des régimes alimentaires thérapeutiques et des contraintes nutritionnelles.
  • Expérience confirmée en restauration collective.
  • Bonne résistance au stress et sens de l'organisation.
  • Esprit d'équipe et sens des responsabilités.
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français.
  • Flexible concernant les horaires (service continu, weekends et jours fériés selon planning).
