Nos compétences nous permettent d'être le partenaire privilégié de nombreux hôtels de catégorie supérieure, restaurants, services traiteurs "” événements, stades et centres d'exposition "” ainsi que d'exploitants de restaurants de collectivité. Nous sommes mandatés quotidiennement par nos clients pour le placement temporaire de : Cuisiniers (H/F) Description du poste Dans le cadre de missions ponctuelles ou régulières au sein de différents établissements de la place genevoise, nous recherchons des cuisiniers expérimentés et disponibles. Vous pourrez être amené à intervenir dans des hôtels, des restaurants traditionnels, des établissements médico\-sociaux, des restaurants d'entreprise, des services traiteurs ou encore lors d'événements. Vous participerez à la mise en place, à la préparation et à l'envoi des plats, aussi bien au poste chaud qu'au poste froid. Vous devrez être capable de vous intégrer rapidement au sein d'une brigade, de respecter les fiches techniques ainsi que les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire en vigueur. Profil recherché Vous justifiez d'au minimum trois années d'expérience professionnelle en cuisine. Un diplôme ou une formation dans le domaine constitue un véritable atout. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la langue française et vous vous distinguez par votre ponctualité, votre autonomie, votre réactivité et votre capacité d'adaptation. Une bonne disponibilité est indispensable afin de pouvoir répondre aux besoins de nos différents clients, parfois dans des délais courts.
