Dans le cadre de missions temporaires durant la saison d'hiver, nous proposons des opportunités auprès de nos clients, comprenant des établissements hôteliers de toutes catégories dans les différentes stations de la région, ainsi que des restaurants traditionnels et de collectivité. Ces missions se situent principalement en montagne, dans le canton du Valais. Certains établissements étant situés directement sur les pistes, savoir skier est indispensable pour pouvoir accéder aux différents lieux de mission. Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons activement des :

Cuisiniers / Chefs de partie (H/F)

Description du poste --------------------

Selon les missions temporaires qui vous seront proposées auprès de nos différents clients, vous intégrerez la brigade de cuisine et, sous les ordres des chefs de cuisine, participerez à la mise en place ainsi qu'à la préparation des mets servis au restaurant « à la carte » ou pour la partie traiteur et manifestation, en cuisine de production. Vous utiliserez et transformerez essentiellement des produits frais et de qualité que vous sublimerez selon les standards et les recettes de l'établissement. Selon les missions proposées, vous pourrez être amené à effectuer des prestations en « live cooking » face aux convives.

Profil recherché -----------------

Au bénéfice d'une formation reconnue en tant que cuisinier, vous possédez au minimum deux ans d'expérience auprès d'établissements hôteliers ou en restauration. Il vous tient à cœur de confectionner des mets de qualité. Votre sens du détail et votre goût de l'innovation font de vous un collaborateur pouvant réellement apporter un plus à nos différents clients. Niveau de français B2 minimum.

Vous maîtrisez la pratique du ski, condition indispensable pour certaines missions situées sur les pistes. Disposer de votre propre véhicule constitue également un réel atout afin de faciliter vos déplacements dans les différentes stations. Attention, aucun logement n'est fourni dans le cadre de ces missions : vous devez donc impérativement disposer de votre propre solution d'hébergement.
