Grazie all-impegno e alla competenza degli oltre 6-500 collaboratori e alla loro attenzione verso la relazione umana, l-EOC assicura un-assistenza sanitaria di qualità prendendosi cura di oltre 41'000 pazienti degenti all-anno e fornendo oltre 600'000 consulti ambulatoriali.

Per completare il nostro team dei Servizi Alberghieri cerchiamo con un contratto a tempo determinato per un anno con eventuale possibilità di rinnovo un/a dell'Ospedale Regionale di Lugano cerchiamo un/a:

Profilo:

Il candidato ideale, è in possesso di esperienza professionale, in qualità di Cuoco presso organizzazioni private o pubbliche di medio/grandi dimensioni. Si sente a proprio agio in un contesto multiculturale e sa gestire i rapporti interpersonali con tutti gli interlocutori. È una persona volenterosa, flessibile al cambiamento, entusiasta di portare nuove idee ed in grado di assicurare qualità, rispettando tempi e procedure.

Requisiti necessari:

  • attestato federale di capacità di cuoco/a AFC
  • solida esperienza nel settore della ristorazione
  • solide conoscenze delle attrezzature, tecniche alimentari e norme HACCP
  • capacità di programmare il lavoro in modo efficace ed efficiente
  • autonomia, flessibilità, riservatezza
  • orientamento al lavoro in team
  • padronanza della lingua italiana (parlata e scritta) e di una seconda lingua nazionale (Fr/D)
  • buone conoscenze informatiche
