Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische und mehrsprachige Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Entgegennahme sowie Bearbeitung verschiedenster Anfragen per Telefon
  • Durchführung von Mutationen wie Adressänderungen oder Anpassungen von Daten
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität und professionellen Kommunikation

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • KV-Abschluss oder Maturitätsabschluss
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse in Italienisch und Englisch oder in Französisch und Englisch
  • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikative, offene und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Motivation und Bereitschaft, im Zeitraum 4. Januar bis 23. April 2027 voll verfügbar zu sein
  • Quereinsteiger/innen sind willkommen, sofern sie das 10-Fingersystem beherrschen und IT-affin sind
