Customer Care Specialist (H/F)

Service Après-Vente - Clientèle privée internationale (B2C)

OBJECTIF DU POSTE

Assurer la coordination, le suivi et l'optimisation des activités liées aux clients privés, en garantissant la conformité contractuelle, la satisfaction client et la rentabilité des opérations.

Ambassadeur·rice de la Maison auprès d'une clientèle internationale exigeante, le/la Customer Care Specialist est rattaché(e) au Responsable Service Après-Vente.

RESPONSABILITÉS

- Excellence relationnelle internationale (B2C) - être le point de contact privilégié et l'image de la marque auprès d'une clientèle privée internationale exigeante (téléphone, e-mail).

- Suivi des services horlogers - assurer le suivi des pièces confiées à notre atelier SAV et offrir à chaque client une transparence absolue sur l'avancement de son service.

- Résolution de situations complexes - piloter la résolution des cas délicats, en synergie directe avec les départements internes et le réseau mondial des filiales Citizen.

- Accueil clientèle - incarner le sens de l'accueil de la Maison lors des rendez-vous physiques dédiés à nos clients privés et aux collaborateurs, sur le site de Genève.

- Gestion des propositions commerciales - élaborer, valoriser et suivre les offres de services sur-mesure proposées aux clients.

- Polyvalence et soutien B2B - garantir la continuité de la relation client en venant en appui sur la communication opérationnelle des marchés suisse et internationaux.

- Agilité opérationnelle - contribuer au rayonnement quotidien du Service Clientèle en prenant part aux projets et défis transversaux de l'équipe.
