Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kundenorientierte Beratung unserer Bestandskunden zu unserem Dienstleistungsportfolio persönlich vor Ort und digital
  • Aktives und strukturiertes Bestandskunden\-Management \- Bearbeiten der Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen, Reklamationen und Erkennen von Cross\- und Upselling\-Potenzialen
  • Bereichsübergreifende Koordination kundenindividueller Projekte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Schnittstellen und den weiteren Elis Standorten
  • Pflege unserer Kundendaten im ERP\-/CRM\-System
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Customer Care durch innovative Ideen, bereichsübergreifendes Denken und einen klaren Fokus auf exzellente Kundenerlebnisse

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Customer Care oder in einer dienstleistungsorientierten Funktion
  • Begeisterung für den direkten Kundenkontakt sowie für die Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten Team.
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse (Excel und PP) und IT\-Affinität (CRM\-Systeme von Vorteil)
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch\- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil aber keine Vorraussetzung
  • Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft für regelmässige Kundentermine vor Ort
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und motivierte Arbeitsweise
