Für ein international führendes, renommiertes Industrie- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit modernem Standort in der Region Ebikon (LU) suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung motivierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeiten als Customer Care & Contact Center Spezialist mit guten Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnissen.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Kundenberatung & Betreuung (Inbound): Professionelle, freundliche Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung telefonischer Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen von Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Koordination & Disposition: Triage, Erfassung und Weiterleitung von technischen Service- und Reparaturaufträgen sowie Alarmmeldungen an die Servicetechniker
  • Administrative Abwicklung: Dokumentation aller Kundenkontakte in internen Systemen (SAP/CRM), Versand von Dokumenten sowie Bearbeitung von Mutationen (z. B. Adressänderungen, Rechnungskopien, Zahlungsmodalitäten)
  • Qualitätssicherung: Einhaltung der definierten Service-Level-Agreements (SLA) und Gewährleistung einer erstklassigen Kundenzufriedenheit

Ihr Profil ###

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung (KV) oder Erfahrung im Kundendienst / Call Center, Quereinsteiger mit grosser Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt sind herzlich willkommen!
  • Arbeitszeiten: Bereitschaft für flexible Schichtarbeit zwischen 07:00 und 20:00 Uhr (inkl. gelegentlichen Einsätzen am Wochenende; keine Nachtschichten, kein Pikett)
  • Sprachkompetenz: Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse kombiniert mit sehr guten Italienisch- und/oder Französischkenntnissen; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • IT-Affinität: Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office; Kenntnisse in SAP oder Salesforce sind ein Plus
  • Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit in hektischen Situationen
