  • Comunichi quotidianamente con i nostri clienti per telefono e per iscritto e cerchi di risolvere i loro problemi al primo contatto
  • Assisti i clienti nella conclusione dei contratti, individui eventuali lacune nella copertura e fornisci una consulenza competente
  • Rispondi a domande su fatture e pagamenti e sei in grado di elaborare i casi standard in modo indipendente
  • Contribuisci a rendere l'attività quotidiana più semplice, veloce ed intelligente, in linea con la nostra strategia
  • Lavori in un ambiente collégiale

The skills you'll bring

  • Formazione terminata in un settore orientato alla clientela (Impiegato di commercio od equivalente)
  • Certificazione AFA
  • Esperienza in ambito amministrativo, assicurativo o nella gestione della clientela (back office)
  • Preferibile esperienza nell'elaborazione di pratiche, nella consulenza ai clienti e nella comunicazione telefonica
  • Familiarità con l'applicazione MS Office e affinità con le nuove tecnologie e le nuove soluzioni
  • Resilienza e capacità di affrontare con efficacia situazioni complesse
  • Di lingua madre italiana; un'altra lingua nazionale costituisce un titolo preferenziale
  • Volontà di conciliare vita professionale (40%) e privata su del lungo termine
