À quoi s'attendre

  • Vous communiquez quotidiennement avec nos clients par téléphone et par écrit et vous efforcez de résoudre leurs problèmes dès le premier contact
  • Vous assistez les clients dans la conclusion des contrats, identifiez d-éventuelles lacunes dans la couverture et fournissez un conseil compétent
  • Vous répondez aux questions sur les factures et les paiements et êtes capable de traiter de manière autonome les cas standards
  • Vous contribuez à rendre l-activité quotidienne plus simple, rapide et intelligente, en accord avec notre stratégie
  • Vous travaillez dans un environnement collégial

Les compétences que vous apporterez

  • Formation terminée dans un secteur orienté client (Employé de commerce ou équivalent)
  • Certification AFA
  • Expérience dans le domaine administratif, assurantiel ou dans la gestion de la clientèle (back office)
  • Expérience souhaitable dans le traitement des dossiers, le conseil aux clients et la communication téléphonique
  • Familiarité avec l-application MS Office et affinité avec les nouvelles technologies et solutions
  • Résilience et capacité à gérer efficacement des situations complexes
  • Langue maternelle italienne ; une autre langue nationale est un atout
  • Volonté de concilier vie professionnelle (40%) et vie privée sur le long terme
