Ce que nous t-offrons Tu gères principalement, pour le compte de Tamedia, nos relations clients et peux t-appuyer sur un portefeuille varié de solutions. Tu bénéficies d-une large autonomie dans tes actions. Au quotidien, tu es en contact régulier avec des domaines connexes tels que le marketing et la rédaction. Tu contribues aussi à d-autres activités de notre service clientèle, ce qui te permet de développer en continu tes compétences chez nous.

Voici les principales tâches du poste:

  • Tu as une fibre créative pour trouver des solutions originales aux problèmes des client·e·s.
  • Tu parles couramment l-allemand et le suisse allemand; d-excellentes connaissances en français sont indispensables.
  • Véritable passionné·e d-actualité, tu t-intéresses à une grande variété de sujets et restes toujours à jour.
  • Grâce à ta nature sociable, empathique et patiente, tu trouves aisément le ton juste pour chaque client·e.
  • Tu accordes une grande importance à la qualité et es convaincu·e que notre produit est le meilleur.
  • Tu fais preuve de persévérance.
